Vincent Edward "Bo" Jackson (born November 30, 1962) is a former American baseball and football player and the first athlete to be named an All-Star in two major American sports. He also won the Heisman Trophy in 1985. Bo Jackson was a running back for the Los Angeles Raiders and left fielder for the Kansas City Royals until a hip injury ended his football career and cut short his baseball career.

Bo Jackson Biography
Bo Jackson played in both the NFL and MLB. Recruited by the New York Yankees in high school, Jackson instead entered Auburn University, where he led his football team to a Sugar Bowl victory and also qualified for the U.S. Olympic track and field team. Jackson was drafted first overall in the 1986 NFL Draft by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Controversy abounded before then that resulted in Jackson never playing for the team. Jackson played baseball for the Kansas City Royals, Chicago White Sox, and Anaheim Angels. Jackson played football for the Los Angeles Raiders.
